If you choose not to proceed after the intake, you’ll only pay the $350 for that appointment.

Thrizer FAQ

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

However, we’ve partnered with thrizer to make the reimbursement process simple and stress-free.

With thrizer, you have two options:

Superbill Option

Pay the full fee and receive reimbursement directly to your bank account within a few weeks.

Copay Option

Pay only your estimated copay upfront.

thrizer covers the rest directly with your insurer.

Understanding Your Insurance Coverage

We want you to feel informed and supported throughout this process. Since we are an out-of-network provider, we recommend checking with your insurance plan before your first appointment.

Here’s what can help:

Call your insurance company to ask if they reimburse for out-of-network evaluation services.
Ask about your deductible, copays, and where you are in your deductible cycle

If needed, you can share these billing codes with your insurance: 90791, 96136, 96137, 96132, 96133

This will give you a better idea of what to expect and how thrizer may support you.

Why We Don’t Bill Insurance Directly

Choosing to remain out-of-network allows us to:
